New Parents: Please join us for the New Parent Shindig, Wednesday, August 27, in the Black Box Theater! This is a welcome event for new parents to mix & mingle in a happy hour atmosphere. This is a parent-only event.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Drop-off & Pick-Up Traffic Map here.  If you are dropping off late (after 10am) or picking up late (after 5pm), please use the Cass Street main entrance.

Summer To-Dos

Access to Schedules in MyTampaPrep

Student schedules for the 2025-2026 school year are available via MyTampaPrep.
Upper school students and parents are able to view requested and approved courses prior to the release of schedules. Please note: even though a student is approved to take a class, there is always a possibility of a schedule conflict or constraint that will not allow a student to schedule the course. Health Forms in Magnus

Please see these INSTRUCTIONS about using Magnus, our health form portal. ALL families can access their 2025-2026 Magnus forms through MyTampaPrep.

Textbooks & Supplies

The majority of our course content is available digitally via students’ iPads. Any additional course content will be purchased either by the School (and distributed to students), or purchased directly by the student. Information on what content you will need to purchase will be provided in course syllabi during class.

For New Students

New Student Preview Resources

New Upper School Student iPad Training – MANDATORY

All new Upper School students must choose one one-hour session, August 4 – 8, at 10am -11:15am and 12noon – 1:15pm M-Th, and 10am-11:15am on Friday.  Sign Up Here
All students must attend an iPad training session prior to the start of school.  iPad training is in-person at Tampa Prep.

If you have any questions about iPad training, please contact Technology Support Coordinator Suzy Lassacher slassacher@tampaprep.org.

  • Training typically lasts about 1:15 (one hour and 15 minutes).
  • Students should bring their iPad set up and ready to use.
  • Students will need to know their Apple ID and password and have the ability to install apps without the need to ask permission.
  • The only app that requires a subscription is the Notability app ($19.99/year for the Notability Plus subscription). Notability must be installed and students should have upgraded to the Notability Plus subscription prior to their iPad training session.
  • We will use Notability and the enhanced features of their subscription during training.

Placement testing and Course Scheduling

Placement testing recommendations will be entered directly into MyTampa Prep.  If your child took placement tests, the information is already posted. If you still need to take placement tests, please contact Andrea Cafaro at acafaro@tampaprep.org to make alternate arrangements.
