Tampa Prep Art Students continue their impressive success with inclusion in the following local art exhibits!

Congratulations to Avery B. ’25* (“Daughter of Eden” digital art) and Lili L. ’25 (“The Leaches of Womanhood” gouache/paint), whose work will be featured in the Hillsborough County Students DALI exhibit, March 16 – April 28 at the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg.
Reception is Tuesday, April 2 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

Initiated in 1985, this annual juried art exhibition presents work by Florida middle and high school students invited to explore ideas inspired by the work of Salvador Dalí and Surrealism. Students are asked to experiment with such surrealist techniques as visual transformation, dislocation and symbolism. This exhibit is one of three annual student exhibits featured at The Dalí Museum in 2024. This year’s theme, “Fears and Fascinations of the Fantastic,” encourages students to explore the irrational, the spontaneous, the marvelous, the enigmatic and the dreamlike.

Congratulations to Ashley A. ’25 (“Metamorphosis” mixed media on wood), Madison D. ’25 (“The Doctor” digital art), Lili L. ’25 (“An Entrapment of Marriage” gouache/paint), Brianna P. ’24* (“Memory Box” photo collage/printmaking), Cooper P. ’24 (“I Max” printmaking) and Jackson S. ’25 (“Mirrored Triumph” photography), whose work will be featured in the Dale Mabry HCC exhibit, April 1 – 25 in Gallery 3 at HCC in the Library Building.
