Tampa Prep’s robust Latin Club returned from the Region VII Latin Forum, February 7 at St. Stephen’s Episcopal in Bradenton, with 21 awards across multiple disciplines!
The Club was able to bring along middle school students to the competition for the first time (middle schoolers previously were only able to compete at States).
“This Forum was historic because it was the best representation that Prep has had with the inclusion of middle schoolers,” said Latin Club leader Ryan S. ’27. “To use an adaptation of a Julius Caesar quote: Venimus. Vidimus. Vicimus. We came. We saw. We Conquered.”
