With nearly 18 years of experience in education, I bring a deep passion for learning and leadership to everything I do. My teaching journey began overseas, where I had the privilege of working in both Korea and Africa, experiences that shaped my global perspective and strengthened my commitment to fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. I hold a B.S. in English Language Arts Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, and my career has been dedicated to empowering students and educators alike.
In Pinellas County, I served as a classroom teacher for 5.5 years and an Assistant Principal for 10.5 years, roles that allowed me to support both instruction and school culture at every level. After taking time away from my career to be a stay-at-home mom to my two young children, I returned to education last year, bringing with me a renewed sense of purpose and joy in serving students and families. I am honored to now be a proud Terrapin, continuing my journey as an educator, leader, and lifelong learner.
