Geoff Guidera is the Founder and President of Seapine, an HR and business operations professional services firm based in Tampa.

Prior to joining Seapine, Geoff was the executive in charge of business operations with accountability for the strategic planning, human resources, information technology, facilities, and administrative services functions at Strategic Property Partners / Water Street Tampa.

Geoff and his husband, David Schintzius, are parents to twin daughters, Paige ’27 and Emma ’27. Geoff and family relocated to his hometown of Tampa in 2016 after stints in Phoenix and Chicago.

Geoff is a proud Tampa Prep graduate (’95) and credits much of his success to his time at the school. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a Master in Business Administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
