Carolyn Hardy is Senior Vice President of Professional Services at PointClickCare, one of North America’s leading healthcare technology companies, where she leads large-scale teams and shapes the strategic direction of post-sale service delivery across a complex, high-growth business.

Carolyn joins the Tampa Prep Board of Trustees with a deep commitment to governance and the long-term stewardship of mission-driven organizations. She believes exceptional institutions are built through clear strategy, sound financial oversight, and a willingness to evolve while remaining grounded in their core values. She is particularly interested in how schools can thoughtfully navigate emerging technologies, preparing students to use AI responsibly while strengthening the critical thinking, creativity, and judgment that will distinguish future leaders.

Carolyn began her career as a U.S. Peace Corps education volunteer in rural Thailand, where she trained teachers in student-centered learning. That experience shaped her lifelong belief in the power of education to create opportunity and strengthen communities.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of South Florida.

In addition to her service on the Tampa Prep Board of Trustees, Carolyn has been active as a Terrapin Giving Ambassador and served on the Hillsborough County Public Schools Citizen Advisory Committee. She and her husband, David Hardy, a Tampa attorney, are the proud parents of Samantha, Class of 2031, and Jack, Class of 2033.
