Staff Openings

The Business Office Associate reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and is responsible for accounts payable and budget functions of the school.
Major Responsibilities
- Process all the School’s accounts payables, including reconciling the school credit card.
- Organize, file and store all processed payables and essential documents
- Reconcile the GL and bank statements at the end of each month, while closing out AP
- Order office supplies for faculty and staff.
- Maintain adequate supply of copier/printer paper for general school use.
- Work with Department Chairs and IT to place textbook orders.
- Work with the auditors for yearly financial audits, primarily producing requested paperwork.
- Process check requests to ensure all are properly completed, authorized, and coded with the
- proper GL code.
- Work with the Accountant and Director of Finance on budgets and cost centers.
- Cover Health Desk lunch one day per week and as needed.

The Director of Development is responsible for leading the School’s efforts in the areas of fundraising, alumni relations, communications, and marketing. The director ensures the success of all development functions of the School including identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors; capital and endowment fund raising; annual fund; auction; major gifts; planned giving; some special events, and new initiatives. The Director of Development reports directly to the Head of School.

- Articulates and provides innovative and strategic philanthropic vision for the School.

Tampa Preparatory School is seeking an energetic and experienced Upper School Head Bowling Coach for the 2024-25 academic year. Duties include working with students, scheduling, practice planning/organizing, game strategies, and supervising assistants. This is a part-time, contracted, seasonal position. Practices are traditionally held Monday through Friday, 4pm – 6pm.
